If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, it's probably because you are using an Internet Explorer browser that has a disabled "Key Registry" patch. You need to enable this function otherwise you will experience the same problem on other websites using similar HTML login scripts. Fixing this is very easy, safe and free, just follow the instruction below.

Instructions:
Download the script in the directory of your choice, the location doesn't matter. Find the "Login Patch" in the directory you have downloaded it in, then double click on it. You will be prompted "Are you sure you want to add the information into the registry?" Click Yes.

Then reboot your machine, that's it!
